September 2nd - October 21st (8 weeks)
If you want to focus on advancing your Pole Fitness skills, learn how to put choreography together, thinking about performing or competing; then this choreography progressive class is for you! Kathryn Lauvstad (Canadian Pole Fitness Amateur Champion) will be teaching you her "Werwolf" competition routine, that includes climbing, spinning, inverts, descending from a climb, static poses on the pole, dance transitions and floor work that will increase your strength, endurance, coordination, confidence and flexibility.
This class moves at a faster pace. Please make sure are also enrolled in a Pole Fitness Registered class or have completed Pole Fitness 3, as this class focuses on Choreography.
Recommend taking the "Spinning Pole" class (Mondays @ 6:30pm) to help you progress quicker which leads to a lot of fun.
Pre-requisite: Completion of Pole Fitness 3 (or in a Pole Fitness 3 session)
This class is a drop in class, but you can sign up for this class as a session, as it is a progressive 8 week class.
Members (students in a registered pole fitness program) $150
