Aerial Body Circuit - (conditioning for pole & hoop)
This class is designed to increase your strength and help you archive those gravity defying lifts and elusive power tricks that you are aiming for.
With fast-paced circuits and short rest time, this class is a perfect complement to your regular training.

- Condition your cardiovascular and simple muscular endurance; so you can push yourself to the last second of your routine while still looking flawless.

Beginner Pole Fitness
If you are new to pole or in our Level One Pole Fitness sessions, this is the Drop In class to take!

- Our Pole Fitness classes follow the VogueFit Method Syllabus, created by Tara Meyer.
- focus on building your strength, technique and pole foundation.
- Pole Fitness is the Principle class, if starting pole for the first time.
Beginner Pole Heels
Want to dance like JLo?? Besides being fun and exciting, our Pole Heels class will give you the building blocks to get comfortable dancing in a sensual way, focus on transitions and movement, in heels.

- During this introduction of basic heel fundamentals, you will experience our signature warm up, learn a routine sequence including spins and transitions, and cool down.

- Focuses on Level 1 - 2 Pole Sits, Spins and Climbs.
- Will modify for your level
Pole Spins, Shapes & Skin Training
Level L2 & up
Reverse Grab Spin, Dislocater Spin, Genevieve sit, Yogini, Inverted Thigh Hold (aka: fallen angel)
Level L2 & up
- If you're looking to Learn, or get back into the studio to perfect your Pole spins, shapes and skin training (on both sides)... then this is the perfect class for you!
- Will modify for your level

- It is not required, but we suggest you are in a level 5 and up, Session, to help understand the required technique.

- This class will be personally designed / modified for your level. Once your register, the teacher will be notified and will plan the best class suited for your level.
