Aerial Body Circuit
This class is designed to increase your strength and help you archive those gravity defying lifts and elusive power tricks that you are aiming for.
With fast-paced circuits and short rest time, this class is a perfect complement to your regular training.
Aerial Flexibility Silks
Flying, Stretching and Strengthening on SILKS.
As you learn silk techniques, you'll have fun strengthening your body, focusing on flexibility, and building core stability.
This class can be used as additional conditioning for those already in aerial classes or to help strengthen before taking aerial classes.
Cardio Vertical Barre
Low-impact, high-intensity, non-stop, full body barre class that combines traditional ballet and body weight barre movements done with the pole. Expect to burn 500+ calories in one hour.
45 minute Workout
15 minute Deep Stretch
All levels are welcome, (even if you are in a higher pole level)
In this class you will learn our favourite beginner spinning pole Spins
In the beginning of this class Tara, guides your body into calm, melting movements, with ease. Focus on active stretching, lengthening the spine and replenishing the flow of your joints.
The second half of the class, you will combine all the movements together: completing a flow combo (Center work, floor work, or both)
This class is very soothly and therapeutic for the mind and body.
If you're having problems with flow and transition connection, in your pole and aerial classes, this is the class you must take, it will help build your technique and balance.
This class also provides movements and floor work you can add in your pole routines, for competitions / performances.
