The instructor will guide students in perfecting their spins, emphasizing proper technique, balance, and control.
SHAPES: The class also includes a section devoted to creative shapes. This aspect of pole dancing involves contorting the body into aesthetically pleasing positions around the pole. Students will learn how to elongate their LINES, EXTEND their limbs, and create visually captivating shapes using the pole as both a support and an element of artistic expression.
