Each class will begin with a stretching and warm-up session to prepare your muscles for the upcoming aerial movements.
Instructors will guide you through various exercises and moves designed to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
As you progress, you will lear a wide range of Aerial Hammock techniques, including poses, inversions and sequences.
The class concludes with a cool-down period, allowing to you stretch and relax both body and mind.

Please note that this class is suitable for participants who have prior pole dancing experience and are comfortable dancing in high heels. If you're new to pole, don't worry! We offer our Beginner Pole Heels level classes to help you develop the necessary skills before diving into this class.
Strength & Endurance: Pole dancing is a fantastic way to build core strength and improve endurance. Our expert instructors will guide you through exercises specifically designed for toning and lengthening muscles.
