Tara Meyer is a 9X elite pole champion, world-renowned performer, and visionary instructor who has redefined the pole dance community in Winnipeg and beyond. She has competed and performed on some of the biggest stages, including Cirque du Soleil and Canada’s Got Talent, and is known for her seamless fusion of strength, grace, and artistic movements.

In 2013, Tara opened VogueFit—not as a business venture, but out of necessity. She needed a space to train for an upcoming competition, but what started as a personal endeavour quickly exploded into something much bigger. VogueFit became a hub for pole dancers and aerialists, transforming into a thriving community where students of all levels could grow, connect, and express themselves.

Tara’s journey with pole has taken her across the globe, from starring in Cirque du Soleil’s Andorra show REBEL to teaching international workshops. She is also the creator of www.tarameyer.com, an online training platform offering structured programs to refine technique, performance quality, and competition online coaching.

At VogueFit, Tara offers specialized workshops, competition coaching, and progressive pole programs, helping students not only master the art of pole but also develop confidence, artistry, and personal style. Whether you’re stepping into the studio for the first time or preparing for the world stage, Tara’s expertise and passion will inspire you to push boundaries and elevate your dance.
