VogueFit offers classes tailored for everyone, from beginners to advanced students, taught by World Pole Champions, XPERT trainers and highly qualified coaches. Our sessions are 4 week enrolment based designed to help you progress continuously, with new exercises, postures, and moves added each week. By building on what you’ve learned, you’ll create dynamic combos and see steady improvement in your skills.

Our Pole Fitness classes follow the VogueFit Method Syllabus, expertly designed by XPERT MASTER TRAINER Tara Meyer. These classes focus on building a strong foundation through strength, technique, and progressive pole skills, setting you up for success at every level.

Discover Your Sensual Side in Pole Heels.
Explore the many styles of sexy and sensual dance in our Pole Heels class! Dive into the essentials and science of dancing in heels while creating a stunning routine that emphasizes transitions, movement, and flow—both around the pole and on the floor. If you’re new to pole, we recommend starting with our Pole Fitness classes to build a solid foundation or do both classes at the same time. However, no prior experience is required to join this class and express your unique style.

Aerial Hoop
Aerial Hoop is a form of acrobatics and has been around for hundreds of years.
Aerial has evolved over the last few years as a form of fitness and is rapidly expanding in dance and fitness centers around the world. XPERT Aerial is one of the first aerial courses written and instructed by professional aerialists and is taught at VOGUEFIT.
