POLE HEELS
There are so many different kinds of sexy and sensual dancing and this class will be exploring all of the different kinds of dance movements and Essentials Science of Heels, while creating a routine; focusing on transitions, movement and flow, around the pole and on the floor. If you've never taken pole before; we recommend starting with Pole Fitness, to learn the basic foundations, before taking pole heels, but it is not required.
