Challenge yourself to reach new heights with Aerial Silks mixed class (Beginner to Advanced).
Working in silks will improve flexibility, endurance, and give you the freedom to have fun. Beginner Students will learn basic holds, wraps and poses while working on core and upper body strength. Students who are more advance, will continue building on their skills and progressing to rolls, drops, and complex poses.

Lyrical dance is a style of dance created from the fusion of ballet with jazz and contemporary techniques; it is generally smoother and a bit faster than ballet, but not quite as fast as jazz.
The dancers are taught how to interpret strong emotions such as love, joy and anger through expressive movements. Thus creating a story or picture of the song, through movements, that is characterized by fluidity and grace.

Focused on core and upper body conditioning, This short and high intensity class is designed to increase your strength and help you archive those gravity defying dead lifts and elusive power tricks that you are aiming for. With fast-paced circuits and short rest time, this class is a perfect complement to your regular training.

Registered Pole Fitness classes at VogueFit are progressive series that advocate progress, change and improvement. These Pole classes focus on moving forward and advancing your skill, so you will feel continuous improvement. Each week new exercises, postures or moves are added on to what you learned the previous week. This way, you are constantly improving and by the end of the series you should be a level above the one you were at when you began. In addition, the commitment you made when you registered will motivate you to follow the series through.
