Contemporary Flexibility Flow (Flexibility & Pilates class) In this class, you will always be moving like a dancer, while actively stretching and toning the whole body. This class focuses on Active Stretching, Core Stability, Balance, Flow and range of motion. This class not only stretches the muscles and tissues, but prepares the muscles for the action by activating and warming them up.
Static Flexibility Flow (Flexibility class) In the class you will focus on Static sustained stretches. We've designed and composed various techniques that will gradually lengthen your muscles to an elongated position.
Body Chisel (Strength training class) Come ready to work! This is an intense, fun, full body STRENGTH TRAINING class that is designed to burn calories and reshape your entire body. Tools use include: light weights, exercise bands, exercise balls, and your own body weight. If you are also enrolled in our Aerial classes, this class will advance your skills and prepare you for inversions.
Ballet Barre (Ballet technique class) Work on your Lines and Extensions with this class. Drawing its inspiration from Ballet, this class will help build your technique and balance. Utilizing the vertical barre (aka the pole) to tone, tighten, shape and elongate all of your major muscle groups. You will develop the length and poise of a prima ballerina and the strength of a ferocious athlete.
Body Conditioning (Strength training & Fat Burning class) Focused on core and upper body conditioning, This short and high intensity class is designed to increase your strength and help you archive those gravity defying dead lifts and elusive power tricks that you are aiming for. With fast-paced circuits and short rest time, this class is a perfect complement to your regular training. Open to all levels, no pole experience required
