We added a new Pole Fitness Drop-in class on Thursdays: Low Pole Flow
This class focuses on low pole spinning and static combos, pole-to-floor transitions and floorwork.
Students will learn basic spinning and static combos and fluid transitions to take them to the floor or onto the pole.
Combos will not include climbs or mid- to high pole work.
