Starting this Thursday @ 5:00pm, our brand new Ballet Barre class w/ Jessica!
Work on your Lines and Extensions with this class. Drawing its inspiration from Ballet, this class will help build your technique and balance. Utilizing the vertical barre (aka the pole) to tone, tighten, shape and elongate all of your major muscle groups. You will develop the length and poise of a prima ballerina and the strength of a ferocious athlete.
