Whether you are new to pole fitness or new to our studio, this class is the perfect way to begin your exploration into the world of the VogueFit Pole & Hoop Fitness workout. 
This class is open to EVERYONE of all ages and all fitness levels.  During this introduction of basic fundamentals,  you will experience our signature warm up, learn a sequence including spins and transitions, and cool down with a stretch for beginner splits.  This class will lead you into the world of pole or hoop fitness and will show you what everyone has been raving about!

JUNE 17th- Intro to POLE @ 3:00-4:00pm 
JUNE 18th- Intro to POLE @ 4:00-5:00pm
JUNE 18th- Intro to HOOP @ 5:30-6:30pm
