Whether you are new to Aerial Hoop or new to our studio, this class is the perfect way to begin your exploration into the world of Aerial classes! This class is open to EVERYONE (ages 16 and up) and all fitness levels. During this introduction of basic fundamentals, you will experience our signature warm up, learn a sequence including spins and transitions, and cool down with a stretch for beginner splits.
