Classes are open to EVERYONE of all fitness levels. FREE POLE CLASSES: August 12th @ 1:30-2:30pm August 19th @ 1:30-2:30pm September 6th @ 6:30-7:30pm FREE HOOP CLASS: August 19th @ 3:00-4:00pm FREE SILKS CLASS: August 13th @ 5:00-6:00pm (this class is now FULL) FREE EXOTIC DANCE CLASS: August 13th @ 3:30-4:30pm
