Inflexible shoulders can get in the way of quite a few of your Intermediate/Advance Pole poses. Fortunately, you can overcome shoulder pain and inflexibility fairly easily if you address it properly. Tara Meyer will be offering an amazing fitness class called: Contemporary Flow
In this class, you will always be moving, while actively stretching and toning the whole body. This class focuses on floor work, core stability, stretching, balance, stamina, fluidity and range of motion, while moving like a dancer. One week she will have you practice movements that will improve spinal articulation and Shoulder & Back flexibility! The following week you will work on leg flexibility to help improve your splits!

Active Stretching for Dancers
Taught by contortionist Samantha Halas!
This class will focus on Pole Move stretches, strengthening and lengthening muscles.
All are welcome, beginners to more advanced dancers, circus artists, yogis, everybody will work at their own pace and have one on one time with the teacher.
