Join Virginia, every Sunday for 8 weeks, to learn basic spins, low-pole and floor work elements. As well as heel techniques, such as walking and posture.
This sexy workout will improve your body awareness and enrich your Pole Dance repertoire in a fun, empowering and playful environment.
*Heels and knee pads are encouraged but not mandatory
*Knowledge of VogueFit's "Pole Fitness" L1 & L2 material encouraged
Exotic Pole Dance L2
Once you have completed the Exotic Dance L1 session,
L2 is designed to bring your exotic techniques to a whole new level, while also improving your strength, control and stamina!
You will advance your exotic beginner techniques into inverted pole poses, complex floor work and dance combos.
Exciting new challenges every week!
