CONTORTION

Contortion 
This is a great class for ​intermediate to more advanced dancers who want/need to work on their flexibility.  
Taught by contortionist Samantha Halas! 
This class will focus on strengthening and lengthening muscles, improving alignment and balance. 
Everybody will work at their own pace and have one on one time with the teacher.



Highly recommended for students planning to take Pole Fitness L8
