Pole Fitness
|
Our Pole Fitness Sessions follow the VogueFit Method Syllabus, expertly designed by XPERT MASTER TRAINER Tara Meyer.
At VogueFit, our Pole Fitness program is designed to take you from your very first spin to advanced, powerful movement—step by step, level by level, with intention behind everything we do. Whether you’re brand new or leveling up your skills, our classes are structured to help you build real technique, strength, and flow—not just learn random tricks. Here’s what makes VogueFit different: – A progressive level system (L1–L8) so you always know where you’re at and where you’re going – A strong focus on clean technique, control, and body awareness from day one – Classes that blend strength, flexibility, and choreography into one seamless experience – An environment that pushes you to grow while making you feel supported every step of the way Starting at Level 1? You’ll learn foundational spins, grips, transitions, and movement patterns while building strength and confidence on the pole. Moving up the levels? Expect more dynamic combos, inversions, aerial work, power spins, and advanced sequences that challenge both your body and your artistry. In these classes you’re learning how to move with intention. How to take up space. How to trust your body. This is training—but it’s also transformation. You don’t need to be strong to start. You just need to start.

Aerial Hoop
|
Aerial Hoop is a form of acrobatics and has been around for hundreds of years. Aerial has evolved over the last few years as a form of fitness and is rapidly expanding in dance and fitness centers around the world.
XPERT Aerial is one of the first aerial courses written and instructed by professional aerialists and is taught here at VOGUEFIT. At VogueFit, our Aerial Hoop program is designed to guide you from your very first mount to powerful, seamless movement in the air. Every level builds with intention—so you’re not just learning tricks, you’re developing real strength, technique, and confidence in the hoop. Our structured level system (L1–L4) ensures you progress safely and powerfully: L1 — Foundations Start here. Learn basic mounts, poses, and transitions while building upper body and core strength. No experience needed—just show up and we’ll take care of the rest. L2 — Strength & Flow Now we build. Expect longer holds, cleaner lines, and connecting movements together with more control and fluidity. L3 — Inversions & Dynamics This is where things level up. You’ll explore inversions, more complex shapes, and dynamic transitions that challenge both strength and coordination. L4 — Advanced Aerial Movement Power, precision, and artistry. Advanced sequences, intricate combos, and elevated performance quality come together here. What makes VogueFit Aerial different: – A clear progression system so you always know your next step – Focus on technique, lines, and control – Training that blends strength + flexibility + artistry – An environment that is both supportive and empowering This isn’t just about getting in the hoop. It’s about learning how to move beautifully in the air. You don’t need to be strong to start… but you will be if you stay.

Please bring your own Hand and Pole towel.
Although poles will be thoroughly cleaned before your class with disinfectant, you will find it useful to regularly dry your hands and dry the pole to prevent slipping.
