If you're starting out with Pole Fitness, our Beginner L1 is for you, it is our Principle class for building a strong foundation.

POLE HEELS

Discover Your Sensual Side in Pole Heels.
Explore the many styles of sexy and sensual dance in our Pole Heels class! Dive into the essentials and science of dancing in heels while creating a stunning routine. These classes: emphasizes transitions, movement, and flow—both around the pole and on the floor. If you’re new to pole, we recommend starting with our Pole Fitness classes to build a solid foundation or do both classes at the same time. However, no prior experience is required to join this class and express your unique style.

Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop is a form of acrobatics and has been around for hundreds of years.
Aerial has evolved over the last few years as a form of fitness and is rapidly expanding in dance and fitness centers around the world. XPERT Aerial is one of the first aerial courses written and instructed by professional aerialists and is taught at VOGUEFIT.

Aerial Sling
In this class, you will start building sequences/combinations (with spinning if you choose) to a set piece of music.
- Prerequisite experience in aerial hammock
- Aerial Hammock mixed Level (8 week enrollment sessions. 1x week)
- Private lessons available
