This class will focus on strengthening and lengthening muscles, improving alignment and balance. All are welcome, beginners to more advanced dancers, circus artists, yogis, everybody will work at their own pace and have one on one time with the teacher.
(This class is strongly recommended for students who are enrolled in Pole Fitness levels 4 & up)
