Pole Choreography
(CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE due to COVID 19)  

OPEN TO EVERYONE. NO dance or pole experience required.

​In this class you will be learning a choreography that incorporates the use of the pole apparatus.
Our VOGUEFIT highly skilled, XPERT certified trainers will take you step by step through:  
  • Warm-up
  • Pole technique
  • Choreography
  • Focus on musicality
  • Cool down
A different song and choreography is taught each week to ensure that you explore the many pole dancing possibilities.  A fun way to workout and express yourself through the joys of pole dancing.

Pole Combos L4- L9 
​Pre-Requisite: Completion or In VogueFit's 
​Pole Fitness Level 4 

Must have strong: LEG HANGS and CHOPPER on both sides. 

This exciting class will teach you new movement patterns, dynamic flow to make your moments fluid and controlled, just like the pole stars do, while fusing the tricks together to form an amazing combination. Our VOGUEFIT highly skilled, XPERT certified trainers will take you step by step through: 
  • Transition Techniques 
  • Spinning and Static pole use 
  • Inverted Techniques 
  • Combining Spins with Inversions 
  • Intermediate/advance ​Pole Tricks ​
  • benefit from increased stamina and cardio
    ​
Don’t worry if you get stuck, our teachers are always at hand with great advice and support.
 
Perfect whether you are preparing for a show or competition, or just wanting to create your own routines!

 


Open Pole:
Open Pole is designed to provide students with time to perfect what they learned in class. 
Open Pole, does not have an instructor to teach you, it is practice time only.
