Progressive SESSION for All Levels
VogueFit offers classes tailored for everyone, from beginners to advanced students, taught by World Pole Champions, XPERT trainers and highly qualified coaches. Our sessions are 4 week enrolment based designed to help you progress continuously, with new exercises, postures, and moves added each week.
By building on what you’ve learned, you’ll create dynamic combos and see steady improvement in your skills.

BEGINNER Level 1
Beginner Pole Fitness L1 Dates:
Mondays @ 6:45pm May 5th - 26th June 2nd - 23rd Thursdays @ 5:30pm May 1st - 22nd June 5th - 26th Saturdays @ 11:00am May 3rd - 24th June May 31st - June 21st |
Pole Fitness L1 is for:
-Beginner Students learning pole for the first time -Students that have taken pole one again and want to continue to build technique and strength before moving onto L2 |
Beginner Pole Heels L1 Dates:
Mondays @ 5:30pm May 5th - 26th June 2nd - 23rd Saturdays @ 1:30pm May 3rd - 24th May 31st - June 21st |
Pole Heels L1 is perfect for:
-Beginner Students learning pole heels for the first time -Students enrolled in our Pole Fitness L1-L2 sessions. No pole experience required, however Pole Fitness L1 is a great class to take together with this class, to help you learn the Basic Pole principles |
LEVEL 2
Pole Fitness L2 Dates:
Thursdays @ 6:45pm May 1st - 22nd June 5th - 26th |
Pole Fitness L2 is for:
-Students that have learnt the Basic Principles, from VogueFit L1 Pole Fitness Method and understand the technique needed for L2 -Students ready to start climbing the pole -Focusing on new shapes while sitting on the pole. |
LEVEL 3
Pole Heels L3 Dates:
Fridays @ 6:45pm May 2nd - 23rd May 30th - June 20th |
What to Expect in L3 Heels:
• Dive into intermediate aerial tricks, kips, flips, and moves that demand strength and artistry. • Flawless execution and body control on the pole. • Captivating moments that grab and hold your audience’s attention. •This class is both a challenge and an excellent cardio boost. -Must be comfortable with Climbing & Leg Hangs on both sides -Completion of or current enrollment in Pole Fitness L4. |
LEVEL 4
Pole Fitness L4 Dates:
Wednesdays @ 6:45pm May 7th - 28th June 4th - 25th |
Student will learn how to:
-combine inverted pole tricks and be introduced to our signature intermediate pole tricks! -This class is focused on moves and techniques continuing on the pole; such as leg hangs and hip holds, to name a few. |
Aerial Hoop L4 Dates:
Sundays @ 6:30pm May 4th - 25th June 1st - 22nd |

Level 5 - 7
Pole Fitness L7 Dates:
Tuesdays @ 6:45pm May 6th - 27th June 3rd - 24th |
Pole L7 Students will put their muscles and endurance to the test! You will be introduced to:
- Aerial Handsprings - Flexi Split techniques - Aerial combos - A long with other amazing tricks! This class will be taught on Static & Spinning Pole NOTE: if you have taken Pole L6 and are wanting to move to L7 Please inquire about this class either to May Fong or Tara before registering for this class.
