In 2011, May Fong took the opportunity to take an intro pole dancing class and fell in love at first spin! Since, May-Fong has represented Manitoba in at the Canadian Pole Fitness Championships. Immediately following, taking home 1st place in the Semi-Pro division of the Winnipeg “Made of Steel” Championships! Having had no formal dance or gymnastics training, May-Fong hopes to show students what can be achieved with pole fitness despite not possessing an athletic background. By utilizing her scientific experience, May-Fong is interested in incorporating biology, anatomy and physiology into her teaching. ,
