Virginia will be teaching a Mixed Level 3-7 Pole Fitness session on Sundays! A Multilevel class is a great class for those who want twice a week Pole sessions, can't make sessions during the week days, or want to improve your level. 

September 13th - November 1st

Lots of exciting news @ VogueFit, has happened this summer!! 

VogueFit's amazing students & instructors; Alex Swaine, Kathryn Lauvstad, Meghann Klowak and Virginia Draghi Ranson all qualified to represent the Province at the Canadian Pole Fitness Championships and went head to head with the best in Canada, on August 22nd.  They all did a fantastic job and we are so proud of them!!!! VogueFit is pleased to announce that "ALL" our Pole Instructors at the studio, are National CANADIAN Pole Fitness Champions! Virginia Draghi Ranson took home 3rd place in the Semi Pro Division and Kathryn Lauvstad became the Canadian Amateur Champion, taking home 1st place.

"WORLD" Recognition from The International Pole Sports Federation, was awarded to VogueFit owner/Instructor, Tara Meyer, for her contribution in promoting and teaching the athletic approach to Pole Sports. 
The IPSF is the world's governing body of Pole Sports responsible for the push to get the athletic Pole Sports into the future World Games and eventually the Olympic Games.

This class is perfect for those who want to just have fun and learn the art of Virginia's (Canadian Semi Pro Champion) fabulous Rock n Roll Pole Dance style. All levels welcome!
In 6 weeks, you will learn fun mini routines, floor work, low combos on the pole, how to pole in heels, and whip your hair like a pro.

Pole Artist @ VogueFit

Pole Artist: 
September 2nd - October 21st (8 weeks)  

If you want to focus on advancing your Pole Fitness skills, learn how to put choreography together, thinking about performing or competing; then this choreography progressive class is for you!  Kathryn Lauvstad (Canadian Pole Fitness Amateur Champion) will be teaching you her "Werwolf" competition routine, that includes climbing, spinning, inverts, descending from a climb, static poses on the pole, dance transitions and floor work that will increase your strength, endurance, coordination, confidence and flexibility. 


This class moves at a faster pace. Please make sure are also enrolled in a Pole Fitness Registered class or have completed Pole Fitness 3, as this class focuses on Choreography.

Recommend taking the "Spinning Pole" class (Mondays @ 6:30pm) to help you progress quicker which leads to a lot of fun.
 
Pre-requisite: Completion of Pole Fitness 3 (or in a Pole Fitness 3 session)  

This class is a drop in class, but you can sign up for this class as a session, as it is a progressive 8 week class.
Members (students in a registered pole fitness program) $150 
Non-Members $170 
OR this class is included with the Monthly Unlimited POLE pass (best deal), or use your POLE punch card.

September/October VogueFit will be offering an amazing stretch class taught by contortionist Samantha Halas! 

Tuesdays @ 6:45-7:45pm 
September 1st - October 27th 

This class will focus on strengthening and lengthening muscles, improving alignment and balance.  All are welcome, beginners to more advanced dancers, circus artists, yogis, everybody will work at their own pace and have one on one time with the teacher.
(This class is strongly recommended for students who are enrolled in Pole Fitness levels 4 & up)

Our registered classes fill up extremely FAST, as we only offer a limited number of students per class. Participants must enroll/pay prior to the start date.
