INTRO to Pole (Free Class)
Whether you are new to pole fitness or new to our studio, this class is the perfect way to begin your exploration into the world of the VogueFit Pole Fitness workout.
This class is open to EVERYONE of all ages and all fitness levels. During this introduction of basic pole fundamentals, you will experience our signature mat Pilates based warm up, learn a pole sequence including spins and transitions, and cool down with a stretch for beginner splits. This class will lead you into the world of pole fitness and will show you what everyone has been raving about!

We've added some NEW Aerial classes to our Fall schedule to help build the strength you've been looking for.
Our Body Chisel class has been our most popular Fitness class running, so we've decided to add an Aerial Body Chisel for those of you working on/towards your Inverts, Climbing and much more in your Pole and Hoop classes.
Come ready to work! This is an intense, fun, full body STRENGTH TRAINING class that is designed to burn calories and reshape your entire body. Tools use include: Aerial Poles, Hoops, Silks and light weights, exercise bands and your own body weight.
