Registered classes fill up extremely FAST, as we only offer a limited number of students per class.
Registered Pole Fitness Sessions:
Registered sessions at VogueFit are (8 weeks) progressive classes that advocate progress, change and improvement. If you can commit to a specific time each week, we recommend these classes for you. In addition, the commitment you made when you registered will motivate you to follow the session through. At VogueFit the students get intimate, hands on classes. With personal attention to each and every one, safety is our number one priority. We ensure that everyone is in correct form and understands the instructions properly.
Pole Fitness Levels 1 - 8
Pole Fitness is a fantastic way to improve muscle tone, enhance flexibility and coordination, increase strength, lose weight and build endurance while increasing one's self-esteem. Anyone can learn, love and enjoy pole fitness regardless of age, size (16+), or athletic background.
These Pole classes focus on moving forward and advancing your skills, so you will feel continuous improvement.
Each week new exercises, postures or moves are added on to what you learned the previous week. This way, you are constantly improving and by the end of the session you should be a level above the one you were at when you began.
VogueFit classes are designed to suit all types of students from beginners to advanced levels, taught by World Pole Champions and highly qualified certified instructors.

Participants pay for the series in advance, prior to the start date.
Regular drop-in punch passes cannot be used for Pole registered progressive classes and workshops.
Registered classes are non-refundable/transferable and no make-up classes
