Progressive SESSION for All Levels
VogueFit offers classes tailored for everyone, from beginners to advanced students, taught by World Pole Champions, XPERT trainers and highly qualified coaches. Our sessions are 4 week enrolment based designed to help you progress continuously, with new exercises, postures, and moves added each week.
​By building on what you’ve learned, you’ll create dynamic combos and see steady improvement in your skills.

BEGINNER Level 1 


Beginner Pole Fitness L1 Dates:

Mondays @ 6:45pm
November 3rd - 24th

Saturdays @ 1:30pm
​November 1st - 22nd 


Pole Fitness L1 is for:
-Beginner Students learning pole for the first time
-Students that have taken pole one again and want to continue to build technique and strength before moving onto L2

Beginner Pole Heels L1 Dates: 

​Mondays @ 5:30pm 
November 3rd- 24th

Saturdays @ 2:45pm

November 1st - 29th (no class on Nov 15th)) 
Pole Heels L1 is perfect for:
-Beginner Students learning pole heels for the first time
-Students enrolled in our Pole Fitness L1-L2 sessions.  

No pole experience required, however Pole Fitness L1 is a great class to take together with this class, to help you learn the Basic Pole principles

Beginner Aerial Hoop L1 Dates:

Wednesdays @ 8:00pm
November 5th - 26th 
Aerial Hoop L1 is made for:
- Beginner students new to Aerial Hoop
-Students continuing to build aerial strength, before moving onto L2.

LEVEL 2 


Pole Fitness L2 Dates: 

Thursdays @ 6:45pm 

November 6th - 27th 

Saturdays @ 11:00am 
November 8th - 29th

Pole Fitness L2 is for:
-Students that have learnt the
Basic Principles, from VogueFit L1 Pole Fitness Method and understand the technique needed for L2
-Students ready to start climbing the pole 
-Focusing on new shapes while sitting on the pole.

Pole Heels L2 Dates: 

Fridays @ 5:40pm 
November 7th - 28th 



Pole Heels L2 is for students that have: 
-Completed a full session of L1 Pole Fitness & L1 Pole Heels
-Basic knowledge of Beginner Spins and hand grips

Aerial Hoop L2 Dates: 

Sundays @ 5:15pm
November 9th - 30th 
Aerial Hoop L2 is for students that have: 
- Finished VogueFit's Beginner Aerial Hoop L1 session; and will be introduced to intermediate moves

LEVEL 3 


Pole Fitness L3 Dates: 

Wednesday @ 6:45pm 

November 5th - 26th 
VogueFit's Signature L3 Pole Fitness, is our last level of Beginner.  Our team will safely introduce the students to different INVERT techniques.  It is time to flip upside down!

Pole Heels L3 Dates: 

Fridays @ 6:45pm
November 7th - 28th 
What to Expect in L3 Heels:
• Dive into intermediate aerial tricks, kips, flips, and moves that demand strength and artistry.
• Flawless execution and body control on the pole.
• Captivating moments that grab and hold your audience’s attention.
•This class is both a challenge and an excellent cardio boost.

-Must be comfortable with Climbing & Leg Hangs on both sides

Aerial Hoop L3 Dates: 

Thursdays @ 8:00pm 
November 6th - 27th 
Students taking this class should have:
-a solid and strong aerial invert, without kicking up.

LEVEL 4 


Pole Fitness L4 Dates: 

Wednesdays @ 6:45pm 
November 5th - 26th 
Student will learn how to:
-combine inverted pole tricks and be introduced to our signature intermediate pole tricks!  
-This class is focused on moves and techniques continuing on the pole; such as leg hangs and hip holds, to name a few.

Pole Fitness L5 Dates:

L5 concentrates on: 
-Intermediate sequences
-Power spins
-Aerial combinations 
-New grips
Must have solid leg hangs to enroll in this level.

Pole Fitness L6 Dates: 

Mondays @ 8:00pm 

November 3rd - 24th
Pole L6 students will be introduced to:
- Handsprings
- Brass Monkey
- Split Pole techniques 
- Elbow grip shapes
- A long with other amazing tricks!  
This class will be taught on Static & Spinning Pole

Pole Fitness L7 Dates: 

Tuesdays @ 6:45pm 
November 11th - Dec 2nd 
Pole L7 Students will put their muscles and endurance to the test!  You will be introduced to:
- Aerial Handsprings
- Flexi Split techniques 
- Aerial combos
- A long with other amazing tricks!  
This class will be taught on Static & Spinning Pole
