Whether you are new to pole fitness or new to our studio, this class is the perfect way to begin your exploration into the world of the VogueFit Pole Fitness workout.
This class is open to EVERYONE of all ages and all fitness levels. During this introduction of basic pole fundamentals, you will experience our signature mat Pilates based warm up, learn a pole sequence including spins and transitions, and cool down with a stretch for beginner splits. This class will lead you into the world of pole fitness and will show you what everyone has been raving about!

In this class you will learn different steps and fun, small combos, that will travel across the floor. Jessica will incorporate some jazz, contemporary and floor work techniques.
The focus in the "Dance Across the Floor" class, will be learning the technique behind each step.
This is a great class for students who are competing in pole and struggle with floor work choreography. However you don't need any pole or dance experience to enjoy this class.
"Dance Across the Floor" is a wonderful class to get your body moving, have fun, and get your heart rate up!

Pole Fitness Levels 1 - 8
Pole Fitness is a fantastic way to improve muscle tone, enhance flexibility and coordination, increase strength, lose weight and build endurance while increasing one's self-esteem.
These Pole classes focus on moving forward and advancing your skills, so you will feel continuous improvement.
Each week new exercises, postures or moves are added on to what you learned the previous week. This way, you are constantly improving and by the end of the session you should be a level above the one you were at when you began.
VogueFit classes are designed to suit all types of students from beginners to advanced levels, taught by World Pole Champions and highly qualified certified instructors.

This is a great Workshop for those who want/need to work on their flexibility for Pole moves. Taught by contortionist Samantha Halas!
This special workshop will focus on strengthening and lengthening muscles, improving alignment and balance. All are welcome, beginners to more advanced dancers, circus artists, yogis, everybody will work at their own pace.You don't want to miss out!!
Samantha Halas is a professional contortionist originally from Winnipeg. She trained circus arts in China, Mongolia, San Francisco, Montreal, Vancouver. She has performed with companies such as The Underground Circus, Luna Caballera, Red Sky Performance Company, the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra as well as producing and performing in her own shows in Winnipeg. She teaches stretching to adults with and approach to stretching that is both safe and demanding.
