This class is open to EVERYONE of all ages and all fitness levels. During this introduction of basic fundamentals, you will experience our signature warm up, learn a sequence including spins and transitions, and cool down with a stretch for beginner splits. This class will lead you into the world of pole or hoop fitness and will show you what everyone has been raving about!
