Ever wanted to learn to do the splits? A handstand? A back bend? So much more is possible in our bodies than we allow ourselves to believe. This class will focus on strengthening and lengthening muscles, improving alignment and balance. All are welcome, beginners to more advanced dancers, circus artists, yogis, everybody will work at their own pace and have one on one time with the teacher.
