Beginner Discover artistry in the air with aerial hammock. Working in this silk sling will improve flexibility, endurance, and give you the freedom to have fun. Students will learn basic holds, wraps and poses while working on core and upper body strength. April 4th- May 30th (no class May 16th) Saturdays @ 11:00-12:00pm Intermediate/Advanced Challenge yourself to reach new heights with aerial hammock intermediate to advanced. Students will build on their skills from aerial hammock beginner, progressing to rolls, drops, and complex poses. STARTING TODAY!!!! Pole Artist: If you want to focus on advancing your Pole Fitness skills, then try this choreography progressive class! This class is once a week, for 8 weeks, you will learn a full choreographed routine, that includes climbing, spinning, inverts, descending from a climb, static poses on the pole, dance transitions and floor work that will increase your strength, endurance, coordination, confidence and flexibility. This class moves at a faster pace. Please make sure are also enrolled in a Pole Fitness Registered class or have completed Pole Fitness 3, as this class focuses on Choreography. Recommend taking the "Spinning Pole" class to help you progress quicker which leads to a lot of fun. Pre-requisite: Completion of Pole Fitness 3 (or in a Pole Fitness 3 session) March 18th-April 29th (no class April 15th) Wednesdays @ 6:30-7:30pm You can sign up for this class as a session Members (students in a registered pole fitness program) $150 Non-Members $170 OR this class is included with the Monthly Unlimited POLE pass (best deal), or use your POLE punch card. |
