Ever wanted to learn to do the splits? a handstand? a backbend?
Don`t let people tell you that you are too old or not fit enough, most importantly don`t tell yourself these things. So much more is possible in our bodies than we allow oursleves to believe. This workshop will focus on strengthening and lengthening muscles, improving alignment and balance. All are welcome, beginners to more advanced dancers, circus artists, yogis, everybody will work at their own pace and have one on one time with the teacher. You will get out of it what you put into it.
