Challenge yourself to reach new heights with Aerial Silks.
Silks will improve your strength, flexibility, endurance, and give you the freedom to have fun. Some of the exercises will involve being upside-down using just your arms or your legs.
Please wear form fitting clothes and long leggings.
At this time VogueFit only offers L2/L3 Silk classes (based more on intermediate skills). We recommend you have previous training in Silk, Pole or Hoop classes before registering for this class.
