Level ONE sessions

Beginner Pole Fitness L1 Dates:
Mondays @ 6:45pm January 5th - February 23rd (SOLD OUT) Thursdays @ 5:30pm January 8th - February 26th Saturdays @ 12:15pm January 10th - February 28th |
Pole Fitness L1 is for:
-Beginner Students learning pole for the first time -Students that have taken pole one again and want to continue to build technique and strength before moving onto L2 |

Mondays @ 5:30pm January 5th - February 23rd Saturdays @ 2:45pm January 10th - February 28th |
Pole Heels L1 is perfect for:
-Beginner Students learning pole heels for the first time -Students enrolled in our Pole Fitness L1-L2 sessions. No pole experience required, however Pole Fitness L1 is a great class to take together with this class, to help you learn the Basic Pole principles |

Beginner Aerial Hoop L1 Dates:
Wednesdays @ 8:00pm January 7th - February 25th |
Aerial Hoop L1 is made for:
- Beginner students new to Aerial Hoop -Students continuing to build aerial strength, before moving onto L2. |

Thursdays @ 6:45pm January 8th - February 26th Saturdays @ 11:00am January 10th - 28th |
Pole Fitness L2 is for:
-Students that have learnt the Basic Principles, from VogueFit L1 Pole Fitness Method and understand the technique needed for L2 -Students ready to start climbing the pole -Focusing on new shapes while sitting on the pole. -This class will be taught on Static & Spinning Pole |

Fridays @ 5:40pm January 9th - February 27th |
Pole Heels L2-L3 is for students that have:
-Completed a full session of L2 Pole Fitness & L1 Pole Heels -Basic knowledge of Beginner Spins and hand grips -This class is both a challenge and an excellent cardio boost. |

Aerial Hoop L2 Dates:
Sundays @ 5:15pm January 4th - February 22nd |
Aerial Hoop L2 is for students that have:
- Finished VogueFit's Beginner Aerial Hoop L1 session; and will be introduced to intermediate moves |
Level Three Sessions

This session is designed with a perfect combination of level 3 and level 4 skills.

VogueFit's Signature L3 Pole Fitness, is our last level of Beginner. Our team will safely introduce the students to different INVERT techniques. It is time to flip upside down! |

Pole Heels L2-L3 is for students that have:
-Completed a full session of L2 Pole Fitness & L1 Pole Heels -Basic knowledge of Beginner Spins and hand grips -This class is both a challenge and an excellent cardio boost. |

Students taking this class should have:
-a solid and strong aerial invert, without kicking up. |
Level four sessions

This session is designed with a perfect combination of level 3 and level 4 skills.

L5 concentrates on:
-Intermediate sequences -Power spins -Aerial combinations -New grips Must have solid leg hangs to enroll in this level. |

Pole Heels L5-L7

This session is for our intermediate / advance students that are in our Level 5 - Level 7 pole fitness sessions.
You must be comfortable with: -legs hangs -jasmines -aerial choppers -inverted elbow grips |
Level Six sessions

Pole L7 Students will put their muscles and endurance to the test! You will be introduced to:
- Aerial Handsprings - Flexi Split techniques AKA Bird of Paradise - Aerial combos - A long with other amazing tricks!
